Thank you for choosing Sophie Cooney Runners. We’re dedicated to delivering your bespoke runner safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.

Production Lead Times

Our standard production times are approximately 14 weeks for jute and raw cotton runners, while wool runners take about 20-22 weeks. Please note that certain bespoke options may have longer or different lead times.

Order Dispatch

Once your runner has been carefully woven and quality checked, we aim to dispatch it within 5 business days (due to our strict quality assurance processes.)

Estimated Delivery Times

UK: approximately 5 business days after dispatch
Europe: approximately 10 business days
US & Canada: approximately 10 business days
Rest of the World: approximately 10 business days

Note: Customs clearance delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers depending on destination for a reliable delivery experience. Usually we use:

• Samples within the UK: Royal Mail

• Samples to Europe and US: DHL

• Orders within UK and Europe: DHL

• Orders to US: FedEx

• For other locations: either FedEx or DHL depending on destination

Signature & Delivery

A signature is required upon delivery unless you specify otherwise. If you're not home, the courier will reattempt delivery or you can coordinate a suitable alternative.

Damage & Loss

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. Remember to keep all packaging and provide photographs of the damage to support your claim.
