Our Process: Brief to Installation
Âą Share Your Brief
Send us your project photos, plans, budget and timeline. We'll come back with our initial thoughts or arrange a video call to talk through materials, designs and colourways for your client's space.
² Samples & Specification
We’ll send physical samples, mockups if needed, and a full spec pack you can present confidently to your client.
Âł Production & Handover
Once approved, we handle weaving, quality checks, and provide detailed installation notes for your fitter.

We aim to dispatch swatches and yarn poms within a few days so you can keep your project moving.
Who measures and installs the runner?
You can use your own fitter or one of our recommended installers; either way, we provide clear measuring guides and installation notes.
Can you stay “behind the scenes” with my client?
Absolutely. We are happy to work as a quiet partner, or join client calls as part of your extended team—whatever suits your studio.
